I'd love to make some soup, I have a wonderful recipe for butternut squash soup with fried sage leaves. Is there a problem with using chicken broth? If not, I'll try to snag a couple of Windy Meadows chickens this week. I can use a veggie broth if I need to. My email is:

As of right now, we've got 28 attendees for our event next Sunday, the 11th! I expect the final count will be in the thirtys. Also, I suspect that there are some 1steco members who are planning to attend, but who haven't signed up. Need to hear from you.
Thanks to all present who helped us with more WWJE? planning yesterday. The Urban Life facility will be perfect for our event.
Becky B., I thought I had your email address, but can't find it this a.m. Would you let me know if you can make some butternut squash soup (as local as possible)?
Also, anyone who can help us with set up next Sunday, we will begin in the Urban Life center at 10:45 a.m. (the earliest we can have access). But if you are bringing food that a.m., I'm sure you can put it in the Urban Life kitchen before 10:45.
