i haven't finished the whole article, but it is very disheartening. I
have had my eye on sev. city properties near downtown. began to think about
getting water access to them and how that would work---didn't know all this
was going on. How disappointing. I really wonder about the fear of
grassroots movement being at the root of all this. How can a city thwart people
from taking care of themselves at a time like this especially? Time to
get Angela Hunt involved.
