Please send out the following information regarding the ACE Preservation
Conference to all of your regional members for which you have an e-mail
address. The difference between this announcement and the last one that I
sent out to you is that this announcement has the local telephone numbers
listed for the Baymont Inns. Thanks to Bill Linkenheimer III and Gary Baker
for providing this information.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
for those attending the ACE Preservation Conference
The only hotel listed on the event flyer for the Memphis portion of
this upcoming ACE event (July 30 - August 1 at Magic Springs and
Libertyland) is the Ridgeway Inn. The Peabody Hotel Group, owners of the
property, announced on May 1,that the hotel will cease operation on May 31,
2004.
ACE events director Gary Baker quickly made arrangements for discounted
logding at other Memphis facilities. The Baymont Inns of Memphis are
offering ACE member an exceptional rate at either of their two properties.

Both properties are three story lodges with interior corridors and
offer free local phone calls. All rooms have a coffee maker, iron and
board, hair dryer, and work desk with dataport. A complimentary breakfast
(including fruit, waffles, and french toast) is served daily
The Airport location offers free shuttle service to the Memphis
Internatio! nal Airport and Graceland. It is located four miles from
Libertyland, five miles from Beale Street, and two miles from Graceland.
The East location has been recently renovated and offers a fitness
center and outdoor pool. It is located eight miles from Libertyland, 12
miles from the Memphis International Airport and 11 miles from Beale Street
RATE: (same for either location) 1 to 4 people per room. $54.00 plus
15.95% tax. A limited number of leisure suites (king bed, sofa bed,
refrigerator and microwave) are available at $64.00 plus 15.95% tax. The
rate is valid for the nights of July 31 & August 1. Subject to
availability, the rate will be honored for July 29.
DEADLINE: Reservations are subject to availability and must be made by
July 1 to guarantee rate. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to
avoid being charged for the first night's stay.

DIRECTIONS:
Airport location: From I-55 north, take exit #5A east on to Brooks Road,
then north on Millbranch Road. From I-240 east, take the Nashville exit
(#24) south on Millbranch Road.
East location: From I-40, take exit #12 Sycamore View Road north, then east
on Shelby Oaks Drive.
Also, for the Hot Springs portion of the event, if you wish to make a
reservation at the Quality Inn - Hot Springs National Park, one of ACE's
official hotels there, please do NOT call Quality Inn's toll free national
reservations number. Due to the exceptional rate offered, you must call the
hotel direct at 877.624.3321 (toll free) or 501.624.3321.
