In your journal:
Each night this week, write down one thing from your day that you wish
you had done differently. What do you wish you had done? Why? What do
you feel would have happened if you had done things differently? Try to
picture yourself doing things differently next time.
In your journal:
Make a list of what you wish you had started working on 10 years ago.
What do you wish you had worked on a little each day or week for the
last 10 years? Pick the most important item on your list. How can you
start working on this item a little each day or week? Where will you be
10 years from now if you do?
