In your journal:
Make a list of the people who make up your support system. Who cheers
you up when things go wrong? Who inspires and motivates you to tackle
tough things and get things done? Whose advice do you trust? What
professionals do you regularly go to for help? Who do you know you can
always count on for help if things are too much for you to handle? Who
is genuinely happy for you when things are going well and genuinely
unhappy when things do not go well for you? What can you do to
strengthen, acknowledge, thank, reciprocate, and use your support system
this week?
In your journal:
Make a list of those little things in life that you enjoy but often
don’t take time to notice and really enjoy.
