In your journal:
Write down a quote, proverb or other life lesson that you feel would
change your life if you could just follow its advice. Where can you
place it so that it will be were you most need it?
In your journal:
What problem have you held back on when it comes to talking about it?
Maybe talking about it made it seem too real or maybe you weren’t sure
how to put your concerns into words. Try to think of someone who you
would feel OK discussing the problem with. Who will help you put things
in a more positive light and help you to feel better and motivated about
solving the problem? Make a second list of those who it would be better
not to discuss the problem with yet. Perhaps they would increase your
anxiety or be unable to understand what you need right now.
