In your journal:
Write down a goal that you have wanted to accomplish for a while. Then
write down all the things that keep getting in your way. What do you
concentrate your time and energy on instead? When you do have free time
what stops you from working towards this goal? What do you tell
yourself that keeps you from making the effort?
In your journal:
What type of person do you want to be? Get a clear picture in your head
of the person you want to be. What core things could you do each day to
become this person? How can you make room for these things each day?
How important is it to you to make time so that you can become the
person you want to be? If you do these things each day where will you
be in 5 years? What if you don’t set aside time? Where will you be 5
years from now?
