EMAIL REQUEST
Hello Everyone! I just subscribed to your newsletter today, as I am
trying to become a happy home owner in Accokeek. I would be a great
neighbor, because I am an artist/fine craft person- I weave, and silk
paint and do numerous fiber arts- I love getting involved in community
projects, and love gardening and landscaping and would love to renovate
a house in Accokeek so my husband & I would have our own home. We both
love history and architecture, and I am especially fond of visual arts
and art programs, as I am currently President of the Potomac Craftsmen
Guild, a fiber arts organization which has served the metro DC area for
over 30+ years.

I have been circulating mesages via newsletters
in the Accokeek community regarding our interest
in finding a property in need of repair which we
can redo and make our home. We are very creative
and industrious, so we are interested in
properties which need attention. 1/4 acre or more
is great, and we would like to entertain any
opportunities of properties which would have
difficulties getting mortgaged or sold because of
the condition of the property. Owner
financing, rent-to-own, for sale-by-owner are what we're hoping for, but
we are open to look at whatever houses you think
may fit with our desires. I am hopeful there are
souls out there in your community which would be
interested in helping us with our search. Anyone
know if the house on the corner of Fort Trail and
Farmington Road West is available (~#14801 Fort
Trail)? If you think you may be able to help us
with this dream, please contact Corrine and/or
Dan at: artc-@juno.com or 301-990-6212. We
would make wonderful neighbors!

Sincerely,
Corrine
