The Greater Accokeek Civic Association's November
newsletter is online. "Join GACA volunteers as we
sing carols at the nearby nursing home in Fort
Washington, across Livingston Road from the new
CVS on 210 (across from the Swan Creek Road
Safeway). We will meet at 6:30 PM on Wed., Dec.
15, at the nursing home. Everyone is welcome. You
can bring light refreshments to share as we party
after the singing. On Saturday, Dec. 18 the
community is invited to help GACA volunteers set
up a community Holiday Tree in front of B & Js
Carryout, starting around 9 AM."

A fitness class for senior citizens, "1, 2, 3,
