People who are new to affiliate programs and network marketing often choose just one affiliate product to promote because they are looking for a second income and only have a few hours a week to dedicate to it. Once you have your website in place you need to start promoting it. This is where the benefit of having several products on one site is realised. The time required to promote your website takes the same amount of time as promoting one product on its own. Instead of having several products to promote individually you only need to promote your site to gain multiple streams of Internet income. Where some programs perform better than others at different times of the year, having them together on one site will help to even out your monthly income.
In addition to your website you need to use an autoresponder to automatically send follow up emails to visitors who give you their details for your mailing list. This will automate your business and you can setup your follow up emails to include the promotion of all your products over a period of time. Once your website and autoresponder are up and running you can spend the time you have available to marketing your business and getting visitors to your website.
If you are serious about making money from affiliate marketing it makes good business sense to promote several products on your own website. Receiving multiple streams of Internet income is great, and what is even better, many affiliate programs include monthly residual income that will increase each month as new people purchase the products through your website.
