ASTRONAUT RECORD
Buzz Lightyear has now become the logest serving astronaut in space. The
12-inch Toy Story doll has spent 15 months in orbit - 30 days more than
any human. His 467 days in space beats the 1994 record of 437 held by
Russian Valeri Polyakov. It was all part of a NASA program to get kids
interested in space. Next month he'll get a hero's parade at Disney
world with Buzz Aldrin serving as guest of honor.
