Myles Weathers,likes movies. The former postal employee has plead guilty
to stealing 30,000 DVD's that were mailed to customers by Netflix over
the past week. The company alerted authorities wehn as many as 100 a
week came up[ missing in the Springfield, Mass. area. He faces 18 months
in prison and $33,000 in restitution.

FISH LOTTO
Dave Mackie, is running an online Sudoku competition in which his
million dollar luxury home will be given away as a prize. He already has
thousands of correct entries so he's going to let his pet Koi fish
choose the winner. He plans to install a touch sensitive pad in the pond
and when the fish touches it one of the 14,000 correct entries will be
selected. People can still enter until Feb 1, 2010 or until he has

WII BUST
Some Florida cops are in hot water for a drug bust gone fun. While the
officers were in the house of the drug dealer cataloging evidence, they
took time out to play with the dealers WII video bowling game. What they
didn't know is that a surveillance camera had been set up in the house
and their celebratory games were caught on tape, with one furiously
jumping up and down in celebration. Disciplinary action is pending.

STOLEN GARDEN
Phil and Linzi Wood, put their five-bedroom home in Hazel Slade,
England, on the market when they moved to the Canary Islands. They
learned from Phil's mother that their garden -- which included a path,
shrubs, plants, pots, hanging baskets and a garden shed -- had been
turned into an empty plot. When they returned they found the entire
garden had been moved to their next door neighbor's back yard. Bohnson
was apologetic and claimed to have purchased the garden supplies as a
package without realizing they came from the house next door. A police
spokesman said the matter is under investigation.

PUG CUSTODY
Eric Ware and Doreen Houseman, who were together for 13 years before
they split in 2006 have been ordered by a NJ Judge to share custody of
Dexter the pug on a 5-week cycle. That puts an end to a 2 1/2 year
custody battle for the pug. Dare, a Salem police officer, says he may
appeal the ruling to regain sole custody of the dog.

LETHAL GRAPES
Albertos and Kimberly Pryor said they purchased the grapes Sunday from a
Meijer store in Auburn Hills and discovered a black widow in the bunch.
They contacted the store manager and Kimberly said the store manager at
Meijer brushed aside her concerns, telling her to flush the spider, eat
her grapes and “forget about it.”

USELESS TRIVIA
The Iroquois planted together three vegetables they called the ‘three
sisters.’ They were corn, beans and squash. Planted together on earthen
hills, the corn stalks supported the vines of the bean plants and the
broad-leafed squash plants blocked the growth of weeds..
Trainer chopsticks (with loops to show users where to put their fingers)
were introduced in Japanese supermarkets at one time after a survey

The pretzel shape was created by French monks in 610 AD. It was designed

1824. The tools suggested were a chisel and hammer.

million copies of the Fab Four's re-mastered albums in the first five
