This is a place to discuss how those in the BDSM community fare legally, and what can be done in terms of preventing discrimination against those who practice BDSM. This is also a place to discuss what's happening legally across the country to BDSM practitioners. One does not need to be a lawyer to join, but lawyers are encouraged to do so with the warning to non-lawyers that the legal people are not providing legal advice. |
