FYI
There was an explosion this morning at Lockwood House near Upton
Regional Park at the end of Madison Street.
There are more than 20 rescue and fire trucks on Madison Street.
I was walking our dog at 7:30 am and it was loud and immediate flames---
then it happened again 20 min later.
Arlington County Emergency Management is there now coordinating the
residents going to Ashlawn until their building is safe again.
