neighborhood VMU update

The vote for the recommended position the BWNA crafted for neighborhood
VMU was unanimous (see draft below). Details will be made available at
the brykerwoods.org website in the near future. Thanks to all attending
the May 22nd meeting!
“We propose that BWNA opt out of inclusion in VMU zoning for properties
along 35th Street west* of Kerbey. We propose that all other properties
indicated for inclusion for VMU development in BrykerWoods not be opted
out at this time”
* please note that we also included as opt-outs the 2 properties
directly east of Kerbey along 34th Street (location of the Whit Hanks
Village) for reasons of school safety and the fact that these properties
are not located on a designated VMU street way.
