6. LGBT Family Weekend in Guerneville

August 18 - 20

Though sponsored last year by Our Family Coalition, Mamas and Papas, and
COLAGE this year's retreat is unfortunately not officially sponsored by
our groups due to lack of resources. However, the Inn at the Willows is
sponsoring the event and is warmly extending an invitation to members of
our organizations. The Willows is already nearly booked (only two rooms
left!) but the West Sonoma Inn with its pool and playground area is
eager to host any families not staying at the Willows. Camping is of
course available at the Willows as well.
This year's host, the Inn at the Willows, will be sponsoring an ice
cream pool party. Additional business establishments who support LGBT
families and believe in what we are doing will sponsor a picnic for us
on the grounds of the Willows. However, childcare for Saturday night
will not be available this year due to budgetary constraints. There is
no registration nor registration fee for this weekend.
Call the Inn at the Willows to reserve a room, camping space, or for
assistance in booking at the West Sonoma Inn. Their number is 707
