The 11th Annual Central California Invasive Weed Symposium will be held on
Friday, November 13, 2009 at the Santa Cruz County Fairgrounds in
Watsonville, CA.
This year's theme is "Fire Water Action!"
Highlights include
*Keynote Speaker, Jon E. Keeley, Research Scientist, USGS Western
Ecological Research Center);
* a "Tool Tailgate" session demonstrating innovative weed control
techniques; and
* a Saturday field trip to Watsonville Wetlands Watch, High Ground
Organics, and Harkins Slough.
Continuing Education Credits applied for: Laws & Regulations (1 hour) and
Other (4 hours).
