Abatement of CDFA "B" rated weeds

All,
I am interested in finding out about actions taken by Agricultural Departments to remove "B"rated weeds. There does not seem to be too many examples of the use of an Agricultural Commissioners legal authority in abatement actions.
Anybody know of any examples current or past?
