is from Romania, and is an autoresponder of some kind.
I've removed him from the list. This should not happen again, at least for
his email address.
Every couple of years we have someone on list who either goes away, or sets
autorespond to on, or some other silly feature, and this happens.
I'll remove them from the list as they occur.
