Marty, I don't know if anyone responded to you, but I don't see a
response, so maybe this will do some good:
Look in the CTG_Resources window (you may have to look in the Window
menu under Show Window), then select the "FIELDS - Progress Notes and
Billing Templates" layout on the upper left of the window. Scroll
down to near the bottom of the window and you'll see a box labeled E/
M Codes which has the contents of the pop-up selection. All the
things in this window are useful, so poke around. Some are the
things that you get to select from when you select a field and some
are what buttons insert into your notes.
