This discussion forum is a place to find updates and suggest strategies
for getting the United States to normalize relations with Cuba.
This list is "moderated," meaning that posts to the list require
approval from Progressive Portal. It will be limited to key update
information and the most salient discussions. Traffic (number of emails)
will be kept limited.
Anyone may change her/his subscription to "digest," meaning you will get
all of a day's emails in one combined message, or to "Web only," meaning
you will not receive the postings by mail but can read them on the Web,

After you Log In (click "login" near the top right corner of the page),
you will see your lists. To the right of CubaDiscussPP, select "Digests"
