Dumb blonde's house is on fire. She dials 911 and gets the fire dept.
Help! Help! she says my house is on fire. Dispatcher says lady, lady calm
down and tell us how to get there.
Dumb blonde answers---DUH!   THE BIG RED TRUCK!

Flour & brown pork chops in just enough oil to cover the bottom of the
skillet.
Remove and drain all but l T. oil. Return pork chops to pan.
Slice carrots and layer over pork chops-salt lightly.
Slice onion and layer over pork chops-salt lightly
Put a layer of cabbage wedges on top & salt lightly.
Add 1/3 to 1/2 cup water and cover skillet.
Cook over medium-low heat for 30 minutes.
Pork chops come out fork tender and the vegetables have the pork flavor
steamed in. (Have been sharing this recipe for 20+years. Even people who
don't like cabbage eat this one.) Enjoy!
