Ambrosia Waldorf Salad
2 cups cranberry halves, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup sugar
3 cups miniature marshmallows
2 cups apples, unpeeled and diced
1 cup seedless green grape halves
1 20 oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained
3/4 cup Hammons Black Walnuts
4 cups nondairy whipped topping
1 cup coconut, shredded or flaked
Combine cranberries and sugar in medium bowl. In a large bowl, combine
the marshmallows, apples, grapes and pineapples. Add cranberry mixture
and Black Walnuts; mix well. Fold in whipped cream. Cover and chill.
Sprinkle with coconut before serving. Makes 12-14 servings.
Yolks of two eggs
1 cup sugar
2 tsps. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup Hammons Black Walnuts
1/2 cup raisins
Two beaten egg whites
Mix above ingredients, well, except the egg whites. Add the egg whites.
Pour into an unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
