Give that a try. That is the most current rendition, however, it is not split,
so it's a rather large load the first time. Also, I am aware of several formatting
issues, mainly internal links not working, a href="sdfsdf">...</a> tags being
in quite a few places and other misc HTML codes appearing. But the above is
the latest in the documentation built off of SVN 749 which is only an hour old
or so.

I downloaded that doc. but it also has a description which is
talking about index being an integer but there is no parameter
called index in the function parameter list.
