Words from Chang Soo (Thomas) Kim
For those who wish to know more about me personally, my Korean name is Chang
Soo Kim and my English name is Thomas. I am a South Korean citizen with a
Residence Card (Green card ... giving me the privilege of living, working,
studying; and traveling freely from the United States to South Korea and
China).
My parents: C. Y. and Patricia Kim, Co- Founders of Cram Worldwide, Inc. are
my adoptive parents, who took me and three other Korean orphan children into
their home to love, support, and give an education, and life in America.
Because of their love and desire to give us an education; and with their
supporting prayers and guidance I received a B.A. Degree in Biblical Studies
from St. Louis Christian College and I have two Masters Degrees, MA. & M
Div. in Biblical Studies from Cincinnati Christian University. In 19911 was
ordained as a Minister of the Gospel at the South Telegraph Christian Church
in St. Louis, Missouri.
For the past five years I have served as Youth Pastor to two different
churches and a Camp Counselor for the past eight years.
My English name is "Thomas ". My adoptive mother asked me, "why Thomas? "
"Because I doubted what GOD could do in my life "! I have matured, been
nurtured, and taught much through life's daily challenges and decision
making; and I must say that GOD, my Heavenly Father has guided me to this
point in my life, to where I am able to return the kindness, love, support,
and zeal for HIS Work and Mission Call to help my parents in their continued
call to "go into ALL the world and preach the gospel to every creature "...
of China, and North Korea; and Russia... which they have done so...
sacrificially for the past 38 years. I look forward to representing Christ
Reaching Asia Mission Worldwide, Inc. as an Evangelist, and CRAMMission
Speaker. It is my desire and with HIS help to represent Christ Crucified and
continue the `Trumpet Sounding" until Jesus comes!
