TEAM CHINA UPDATE:
CHINA AND NORTH KOREA

C. Y. and Patricia Kim are leaving China this month to return to the
United States for fall and winter speaking engagements; as well as, attend
the National Missionary Convention to be held in Peoria, Illinois.   They
may be contacted through the office at CRAM WORLDWIDE.

CHINA NEWS:

School for the Disabled in Hunchun City: Do you know what the sound of 120
children disabled children sound like after returning to the Hunchun Special
School. Laughter in seeing their classmates; dorm children crying in having
their parents saying goodbye not seeing them again until the end of
December…the Cook getting ready to feed them all.

While the Children were away, we remodeled the Dorm rooms with Korean type
flooring and took out all the army-type bunk beds; which will allow the
children to sleep on the floor! New paint jobs in the Dorm and all the
classrooms at the School have helped liven up the place. The Teachers were
most thrilled with their new cabinets for their classrooms and fresh paint.
Anything to help the children and teachers feel a sense of tranquility in
the classroom.

We have some new students that are autistic and have reached puberty and
need help with personal training. Please pray for us as we seek wisdom in
dealing with these special children, where their mother’s are at their wits
end in knowing what to do!

The Hippotherapy started today (9/16) with 8 students (some of them were
first timers). The Ranch and horses were ready to receive these crippled,
muscular dystrophy children. They had to be helped upon the horse and then
taken around the pen with instructions given to raise their hands, receive
rings and put them on poles and other exercises to strengthen their leg and
arm muscles … plus, giving them confidence and feeling of accomplishments.

We are thrilled with the Team Leader and her helpers to get this program
going during the fall and early winter months.

NORTH KOREA:

A country where we need wisdom, discernment, and LOVE! We are privileged to
work in North Korea, giving GOD the praise for what HE has allowed us to
accomplish in that land with 3 medical clinics, a kindergarten, a daycare
facility, an orphanage, bread factory, working with an already established
soy milk factory, a farm with nearly 100 beef cows, and the present building
of a Youth Hostel for grown-up orphans and a Multi-Purpose Building. We
have worked very hard to show the people of the North that we really do care
for them, and love them as we are commanded to do, by HIS Holy Spirit.
Situations and moods change from one day to the next, and now we find
ourselves struggling from time to time to know the direction that Father
wants to go…but we take confidence that HE is in our tomorrows. He leads
and we follow.
