Graceworks Ministries Flood Relief Update
Latest news and needs for Middle Tennessee flood relief
Thank you to all the volunteers and donors for the unbelievable outpouring
of support for the relief efforts for those affected by the recent flooding
in Middle Tennessee.

Thank you to all who have come to Graceworks to help sort, those who have
brought donations of clothing, food and other needed items, those who have
offered their help for cleanup efforts, the businesses and churches who are
serving as collection sites, and those who have sent in financial donations.

Thank you for helping us share God's grace with those so devastated by the
floods.

DONATION DROP OFF SITES

Please deliver all disaster relief donations to Rolling Hills Community
Church, 1810 Columbia Avenue, Franklin (across from Lasko), between 9 am and
3 pm, Mondays through Saturdays. Going west on Columbia, take the 2nd or
East entrance to The Warehouse. The entrance is on the front of the
building.

We also have collection sites at:

Andrews Cadillac, 1 Cadillac Drive in Brentwood

Century 21 Dawson & Associates (1894 General George Patton Drive, Franklin)

The Crag at Cool Springs (121 Seaboard Lane)

Edward Jones in Cool Springs (2000 Meridian Blvd., Ste 116, Franklin) and
Spring Hill (2023 Wall St., Ste 4)

Family Vision Care of Cool Springs (4085 Mallory Lane, Suite 110, across
from Walmart and Alexander Toyota)

Starbucks in Spring Hill (4038 Main Street)

Walker Chevrolet (3940 S. Carothers, Franklin)

HOW YOU CAN HELP

1. Donate financial gifts

2. Donate wide masking tape, markers (Sharpies), copy paper, black trash
bags

3. Donate cleaning supplies - especially buckets, shovels, mops, trash bags,
shop vacs, laundry detergent, dish detergent, rubber gloves, allergy masks,
first aid supplies

4. New sheet sets

5. Shop in our Thrift Store - sales from the store support our ministry

6. Donate food to the Mail Carriers' food drive on Saturday, May 8. Put
non-perishable food items in a bag by your mailbox and your letter carrier
will pick it up. In much of Williamson County, that food comes to
Graceworks.

7. Volunteer by emailing volun-@graceworksministries.net

We have had such a huge response from volunteers, that we are full through
Sunday, May 9. We will be scheduling volunteers to help with sorting during
morning or afternoon shifts next week.

Anyone is invited to help with a clean-up effort sponsored by Brentwood
United Methodist Saturday, May 8. Meet at 9 a.m. at the church, 309 Franklin
Road. Bring tools and cleaning supplies if you have them.

Groups wanting to help with clean-up efforts can check with Hands on
Nashville at HON.org, Cross Point Church at crosspoint.tv or some of the
larger churches in the area. Also nashvillefloodhelp.org has information if
you want to help and also if you need assistance.

If your church is helping with clean-up efforts and needs bottled water or
cleaning supplies, email volun-@graceworksministries.net - Graceworks
may be able to provide bottled water and/or cleaning supplies.

If you are interested in volunteering on a regular basis, please register
for orientation, held Thursdays at 1 p.m. (except May 27).
