Matt LeBlanc is getting divorced, read more below.

David Schwimmer is now on Broadway in the revival The Caine Mutiny
Court-Martial. Set in 1945, this play centers a young lieutenant who
commandeered the U.S.S. Caine during a typhoon in World War II. In order
to get the lieutenant out of the charges, his lawyer (David Schwimmer)
must prove that the ship's commander (Zeljko Ivanek) was mentally
incapable of leading his men or controlling the ship. The Caine Mutiny
Court-Martial was first seen on Broadway in 1954 and starred Henry Fonda
in Schwimmer's role.

The Break Up, the long awaited comedy starring Aniston and boyfriend
Vince Vaughn comes to US theaters on June 2 and in the UK on June 16.
The film was originally slated for an earlier release. Here's a brief
synopsis of The Break Up, after Brooke (Aniston) calls it quits with her
boyfriend Gary (Vaughn), neither person is willing to move out of the
condo they share. Taking the advice of their respective friends and
confidants (and a few total strangers), they both engage in mental
warfare designed to force the other person to flee the premises -- until
they both realize they might be fighting to keep their relationship
alive.

The popular DVD trivia game Scene It, just came out with a Friends
edition. I already bought it online and played with friends. The
questions are pretty easy so even non fanatics can keep up, but it’s fun
doing the “all play” options where they show a lot of clips from
different episodes and then ask you questions about it like name the
next line or ask which friend dated this character, etc. I definitely
wasn't challenged on the questions but did enjoy the clips and quickly
coming up with the answers. You can find out more information on the
interactive board game here:

Jennifer Aniston’s film “Rumor Has It” with Kevin Costner comes to video
and DVD in the US on May 9th (by the way, I particularly enjoyed this
film).

Aniston's current film "Friends With Money" is now in select theaters in
the US, it also stars Joan Cusak and Frances McDormand.

On May 30, 2006, Warner Brothers Home Entertainment will release the
first season of the Friends spin-off, Joey, on DVD. The 4-disc set will
contain all 24 first season episodes, and a price tag of $39.98. You can

"Friends" Sex Harass Suit Gets Boot (The Smoking Gun)
APRIL 20--California's highest court today threw out a sexual harassment
case brought by a former "Friends" assistant who claimed that she was
improperly subjected to vulgar and coarse language by the comedy show's
writing staff. In a 7-0 decision, the state's Supreme Court ruled that
the bawdy talk was a necessary component of a "creative workplace" that
churned out scripts for the "adult-oriented" NBC program. The court also
stated that the raunchy comments were not specifically directed at
Amaani Lyle, the ex-assistant, but were instead just part of the
atmosphere of the show's writer's room. As previously described in a
Lyle declaration, an excerpt from which you'll find below, those crude
comments were often directed at "Friends" stars like Jennifer Aniston,
Courteney Cox, and David Schwimmer and touched on topics like fertility
and sexual liaisons and preferences. Not to mention the writing staff's
secret desire to turn Matt LeBlanc's character "Joey" into a serial
rapist.

Matt LeBlanc's Other Woman

Thursday Apr 06, 2006
"People"

Matt LeBlanc, who filed for divorce from his wife last week, has a new
real-life romantic costar: Andrea Anders, who plays his neighbor on the
sitcom Joey, PEOPLE reports in its upcoming issue.

LeBlanc's split from his wife of three years, Melissa, came as a
surprise to the public – and to Melissa herself. The trouble started in
January when LeBlanc, 38, unexpectedly announced that he was moving out
of the Encino, Calif., home he shared with Melissa, 41, and their
2-year-old daughter Marina.

"It was very sudden," Melissa's longtime friend Kelly Phillips tells
PEOPLE. "She was absolutely blindsided by what transpired."

Then in March, Melissa accused her husband of being involved with
another woman. LeBlanc, who had moved into an L.A. apartment near the
studio where he tapes Joey, admitted he was.

Still, friends say, Melissa hoped for a reconciliation – and was stunned
when, on March 30, an attorney for her husband called with the news that
LeBlanc was about to file for divorce.

"She wanted to do counseling or therapy," a pal tells PEOPLE. "But Matt
just didn’t want to work it out."

After the divorce announcement was made, LeBlanc even brought the
Wisconsin-born Anders – who recently shot a pilot for Friends producer
David Crane – to the ranch house north of Los Angeles that he and
Melissa had shared.

While LeBlanc's rep declines to comment on the situation, saying, "We're
not interested in having a public discussion about private family
matters," others say LeBlanc's involvement with Anders was one of the
causes of the divorce filing.

Aniston: Not in a Race with Brad to Wed

Tuesday Mar 28, 2006
By Stephen M. Silverman
"People"
Jennifer Aniston is laughing off the suggestion that she and ex-husband
Brad Pitt are in competition as to who will remarry first.

"That's a pretty funny one, that there's a race," Aniston tells TV's
Extra. "That's pretty good."

Aniston is dating her Break Up costar Vince Vaughn. Pitt is expecting a
child with Angelina Jolie.

As for what the former Friends star is ultimately looking for in a
partner, she says: "First loyalty, honesty ... good sense of humor."

While promoting her new movie Friends With Money, which opens in limited
engagements April 7, Aniston also spoke to Entertainment Tonight,
addressing the reports that she is considering moving out of Los
Angeles.

"I've thought about it a lot for a long time," she says. "This is not
the most pleasurable place all the time ... because of all the bull ...
it's exhausting, it's silly."

Still she says, "I love my job." She just doesn't like having to pay the
price of a loss of privacy. As she tells Extra: "There's times when you
wish there were more of that ... but this is what I've chosen with my
life."

Matthew Perry Finds Work
Apr 18th 2006
by Martha Fischer
cinematical.com

Assuming that he actually wanted to be working, the post-Friends years
have been a little tough on Matthew Perry. Sure Joey isn’t doing well,
but at least Matt LeBlanc has a job. And Jennifer Aniston's had a
personal issues from time to time, but the girl is all over the place --
hell, she's in a new movie every 20 minutes. Good news is here, though,
for your Chandler fans: Perry has a job. He'll star in an indie comedy
called Numb, in which his character "suffers from acute
depersonalization disorder." What's that? I have no idea. And neither,
sadly, do the folks at The Hollywood Reporter, who describe it as "so
alienating and sanguine that it makes the chronically depressed look
perky." Since sanguine, according to my handy-dandy dictionary, means
"cheerfully optimistic," that has to be just plain wrong. I'm having a
hard time figuring out, for example, how a)a disorder can be optimistic,
and b)how said disorder could make depressed people look "perky," what
with the optimism and all. (Here's an actual, "sanguine"-free
description. Suffice to say that it's really, really horrible.)

In Numb, Perry's miserable character falls in love and, in need of a
clever gimmick to sell the movie, decides to "puts himself through every
single therapy in the book in order to win her love." I assume I'm not
the only one who noticed that this is about two steps away from
something that would happen to Chandler -- which, actually, might be a
good sign for the movie. Hey, when you have to eat, typecasting isn't
that bad.
