Dear praying friends,
Praise the Lord for your answered prayers!
I just received notification form Brother Larry Heady, a member of Grace
Baptist Church of Flower Mound, Texas Pastored by John Gillespie, that he
is giving $3000.00 of the needed $8950.00 to purchase Mrs. Urai's
property. So we have 1/3 of what is needed to buy the property
now, and 1/2 of what we need to go forward with the purchase. If 12
churches would commit and send $250.00 each we would have the additional
$3000.00 needed to begin the transaction. After that we will need
to raise the additional $2950.00. Praise God for this beginning on
our fund toward a permanent facility.
Please continue to earnestly pray that we can get the additional $3000.00
within the next few days so we can buy this piece of land and house in
the City of the Chief Dragon, and pray too for the total amount of
$8950.00 to come in.

Fire
Ball
Festival is coming up next month when we have our annual 3 day camp
meeting. Every year in October over 200,000 people come from all
part of Thailand to our area to view the demonic dragon fire balls ascend
up out of the Mea Khong River. Each year we take advantage of this by
holding a 3 day camp to distribute tens of thousands of tracts and to
preach the gospel. With your help we can hold it on this piece of
property this time.
The owner of the property, Mrs. Urai, is a long time member of the church
here. Mrs. Urai is asking a very low price for the property! She
holds the title to it, but it is about to have a lien placed on it for a
45,000 Baht ($1345.00) lone that is over due. She is a widow lady
the mother of 4 who ekes out a living by farming and odd jobs. She
is persecuted for her faith in this little town, but has always remained
faithful to the Lord. She too greatly appreciates your help in this
matter. Mrs. Urai wants us to have the property at this low price
as a gift of a few thousand dollars.
"Finally, brethren, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may have
free course, and be glorified, even as it is with you." (2 Thess
3:1)
