The Condition of Things in Israel

It's like living in two worlds at the same time, one is the projected
success of the Palestinians given by the main line media and the other is
the reality on the ground.
The media says that Abbas is tightening down on Hamas and the Islamic Jihad
and other terrorists groups in Gaza and the "West Bank". While the Kassam
rockets and Mortars are falling daily on Israelis from the Gaza Strip, and
Ramallah has been turned into a Kassam Missile factory, with dozens of
metal shops now turned into missile factories getting ready for the big
assault on Israel right after the Sharon Disengagement.
The early results of the Palestinians elections shows Hamas as taking over
towns like Bethlehem, Kalkilya, and Hebron, in all of them they held what
they called political rallies that looked like this.
You might notice that this political party carries Katyuskas (Russian
weapons) and they shout things like death to all Jews. And that Gaza and
all Palestine (Meaning all of what is now known as Israel) will live under
Islamic law, meaning Islamic Sharia Law much like that of the Taliban.
All of this gives a clear warning of what will happen in Gaza after the
Sharon Disengagement. With Iran and Syria pouring in money and weapons it
will not take them long before they feel strong enough with a little
outside help to launch a major offensive against Israel. Many high ranking
Officers in the IDF feel that the Sharon Disengagement will be the
beginning of a far greater war than we have experienced over the past four
years with the Palestinians and the fact that they are getting ready now
shows that to be a very strong possibility.
All of this brings up many questions, a couple of which is why doesn't
Sharon see what everyone else sees, that the only chance Israel has is to
wipe out the terrorist organizations now that he has the opportunity? Why
does he sit still and allow them to build up their weapons knowing that
many Jews will be killed if he goes forward with this insane Disengagement
plan only to please George Bush, UN, EU and Russia? When at the present
there has been a 54% rise in terrorist activity during April, 250 in all.
And why does the average Palestinian living in these cities support more
bloodshed knowing that there lives will take a turn for the worse under
Islamic Law and under Hamas as their masters? The answer to that one is
simple, FEAR they are living under great fear and see no way to fight
against what the Islamic task masters want of them. All of this has been
planned for years and that is why Bethlehem and Beit Jallah are mostly
Moslem today and nearly all the Christians who could have moved out. I can
remember clearly talking to Arab friends in the early 80's in Bethlehem
about their fears of the Moslems from Hebron moving in and buying up
businesses and homes. The fact is the fear of Allah (the Devil) has been
put into the hearts of the non-Moslems living there. Most have packed up
and left and many others have converted to Islam.
We keep hearing the IDF is considering a new Gaza operation, but we have
seen time and time again what they have done. They move in kill a few
terrorists blow up a few buildings and then pull back for reasons of
international pressure. But the big question being asked is why don't they
just finish off the terrorist organizations while they are in there? Why do
they keep going back and forth without ever finishing the job. After all
the Kassam rockets are being fired from only 7 or 8 miles away. How hard
would it be for the IDF to finish them when they are so close? But for
reasons that only Sharon and Bush seems to know the IDF is always ordered
to pull back before they ever are able to finish the job. In the mean time,
more Jews will be murdered by these bloodthirsty Islamic killers.
I am not a military strategist but as I see it shaping up, this fall and
early winter will bring a far great wave of violence that we have seen over
the past four years. With Egypt, Iran, Syria, and the Saudis doing
everything they possibly can to help rearm the Islamic Palestinian Terrorist.
What might be of concern for the rest of the world, mostly the US is there
are plans to pre-occupy them in their own survival in order to keep their
eyes off Israel. As for now, they are occupying everyone's minds with the
Michael Jackson trail, and Run Away Bride. In the mean time Iran is putting
together its Nuclear Program, North Korea is testing theirs, China and
Russia are arming the Arab World with everything they can pay for to
destroy Israel. And of course the Church has been lured completely asleep,
they seem to be having a great time singing their three hymns, hearing the
musical special, taking the offering and hearing the sermon. But could care
less to what is about to happen to the Jews in Europe and Israel.
Something else I feel like saying is, while Sharon is saying that anyone
who speaks out against his disengagement plan is guilty of incitement
against the Government and could be arrested even Rabbis could be put into
prison. But at the same time a MK Amir Peretz (the Histadrut head) has once
again threatened to shut down the entire country if he doesn't get his way,
but that isn't called a crime for reasons that escape me.
