1. LPMC business meeting is tonight / Tuesday

Date: Tuesday, September 8, 2009
Time: 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Location: Athenaeum Building home of the Rathskeller, Max Kade Room
(Level 1)
Street: 401 E. Michigan Street
City/Town: Indianapolis, IN

The meeting starts with candidate training at 7:00 p.m. sharp. It will
be on the subject of "developing your message" - how to create a strong
message and frame it in a way that attracts voters.

LPMC Business meetings are always held on the 2nd Tuesday of the Month.
With your help, they can continue to be held at the Athenaeum. Email
cha-@indylp.org to pledge a monthly donation of $5-10 or more, to help
offset the room rental costs. Also note that our website now includes
automatic recurring donations to make future donating easier. Please see
http://www.indylp.org/donate.

2. Stossel to speak at Economic Club

On October 6, the Economic Club of Indiana will be hosting a luncheon
featuring guest speaker John Stossel, 12:00 p.m.-1:30 pm. All Economic
Club lunch events are held at the Indiana Convention Center, 100 South
Capitol Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46225

The LPMC is purchasing a table of 10 seats for $30 per person. At least
six of those seats are already taken. Who wants to reserve the others?
Chairperson Tim Maguire says we'll purchase another table if there's
enough interest. Email Tim directly at cha-@indylp.org to reserve your
seats.
