Hi Crystal, Thanks for your reply. I tried to send you an e-mail based
upon your signature below. It came back as invalid. Can you send me an
e-mail at dgre-@gundluth.org? I have some other questions for you.

Thanks!

We use process flow to manage requisitioning and the approval process

Subject: RSS flows

Is there a standard prebuilt flow that will allow us to capture some
basic activity in rss and send e-mails to recipients and approvers?

We want to walk before we run, so Purchasing would like to see these
things 1st:

1) right now anybody can enter anything they want in RSS. Purchasing
wants a $ limit imposed, like say over $500. Is there a prebuilt flow
that we could use to notify someone, even if it's just purchasing, of
that activity?
2) They want to be able to build upon that and actually have approvals
for non-stock vs stock, of any amount. Doable?
3) How are people utilizing the contact info in RQ04 to maintain lists
for e-mails? Purchasing wants to be able to send e-mails to users on
recalled items, discountinued items etc. How do people populate the RQ04

contact info from the Lawson Security/Resource Info screen? Or maybe
from the HR11?

Thanks!
