Lawson 7.2.2.7 yearly 1099 patch

This is a general question to all of those that are still currently
staying on Lawson 7.2.2.7 afer 2007. What are your plans for the yearly
1099 update patch that normally would be coming from Lawson, that will
not be availible next year? Is there any thought about time and
materials to Lawson to develop the patch even after they stop supporting
the 7.2.2.7 platform?
