Toronto convention  Thomas Roche
 Jun 10, 2003 10:11 PDT

Folks,
For those of us without institutional remuneration
expected for attendance at the upcoming convention, it
would be an expensive proposition to attend. I was
therefore wondering what you all think about the
likelihood that attendance there, to take advantage of
the placement service, would likely result in
employment offers? I am not interested in wasting big
money on getting a half-dozen prelim screening
interviews, where no serious likelihood of employment
resultant therefrom would arise. Thanks.
