 Jim,
The answer is yes and yes again.
We changed companies and we changed the way they are doing things.
Also we have a seperate tree trimmer here to prepare for a new insurance
policy.

Do insurance policies care about our tree trimming?

We are having the trees trimmed and thinned as well as fertilized for
more healthy growth.
also there are some trees being removed. Only where necessary.
The landscapers are now coming only 2 times a month so the bill will be
much lower.

So are they still going to be leaf blowing at 7:30am every time they come?

We (the board) are hoping that this will allow us to take care of some
of the other needed repairs. Jim can you put on the web site that all
homeowners and renters are responsible for the actions of their guests
and may be fined if their actions cause damage to the property?
ie: rocks thrown into the pool by guests friends and guests parking in
the planters.
Please let me know if this is not possible.

No problem. ....    It is done.

 Thank you and God bless,
Gigi
