Jim,
Yes insurance companies have a problem insuring commercial properties
that do not keep the trees trimmed from overhangs that could damage the
building and we have been having problems getting our bids due to the
overhanging trees as well as the dangerously teetering tree up front that
could have ended up in the building had the right wind hit.
We were blessed to have avoided another mishap on that one and the tree
trimming should prevent any further problems of that nature. No the leaf
blowers will not be coming any more. It will be our responsibility as
homeowners to keep our leaves cleaned up.
Thank you for putting that on the site and could you also notice the
above referenced matter?
