This discussion forum is a place to find updates and suggest strategies
for opposing the White House's scheme to pour billions of dollars into
the unworkable corporate welfare project called "National Missile
Defense" (NMD).
This list is "moderated," meaning that posts to the list require
approval from Progressive Portal. It will be limited to key update
information and the most salient discussions. Traffic (number of emails)
will be kept limited.
Anyone may change her/his subscription to "digest," meaning you will get
all of a day's emails in one combined message, or to "Web only," meaning
