*Abstract: *
In this talk, I will present some results of an ongoing work on the
comparison of distributional and graphic model to the contrastive
analysis of synonyms and antonyms. Based on large corpora, Chinese
Wordnet and other lexical resources, the assumption of co-occurrence
phenomenon of (near-) synonyms and their antonyms will be quantitatively
examined via LSA model and PROX model (Gaume,2002, 2003,2004), along
with their implications in modeling semantic space.
