Here are some petitioning opportunities from Kathleen Dobie about events
for petitioning.
This Saturday, April 19, the race for the Cure - events at Military Park
at
New York and Blackford Sts. and across the street on the IUPUI grounds.
Events start at 7:15AM, the races start at 9AM
Can anyone make this one on Saturday? And find some others to help? Bill
Boyd will be there at 7 a.m. I hope that others can help. Just 2 hours
and we could get hundreds of signatures.
I would be there, but Sustainable Earth is a co-sponsor of Earth Day in
Whiting, and I will be gathering signatures there.

Saturday, April 26, 11-4 Earth Day Observance at American Legion Mall.
Generally we can't solicit signatures within the Mall, but can hang
outside
and ask folks and may be able to find folks with tables to give us
space.
Saturday, May 3, 1-3PM Human Rights Torch Watch at Ellenberger Park
Saturday, May 24, 12N is the start of the 500 Festival Parade. We had
luck
getting signatures for an hour or so before the parade.
