It needs .net framework (which takes up 100 MB of my hd space)
and cannot compile code with include statement.

Can someone bring us up to date on the state of accomplishment of all
the open source Euphorias? Can any of them run the same programs that
RDS Euphoria runs? Where can I have a look at it?
I don't think programs based on RDS Euphoria can qualify for the free
software directory.
