Which device to choose?

Hello
At the point of choosing a device for our baby - hopefully for
implantation at age one.
Any short pros and cons of Advanced Bionics versus Cochlear would be
gratefully received. From an aesthetic viewpoint the cochlear looks
better, from a future-proof, big company backing the AB wins. Any other
views out there?
