Branch Ave. Corridor.
Please also note two major Federal/State issues that can have a
significant impact on this area. They are:

Andrews along the Branch Ave and Penn. Ave Corridor that may and may

Post-Charrette Meeting
The Post-Charrette meeting is an important opportunity to present to
the public and receive feedback on the refined development concept
including recommendations addressing beautification, public safety,
transportation, public facilities, environment, economic development,
revitalization and redevelopment of the area.
It is the last community meeting before planning staff start to
prepare the preliminary plan document in preparation for a joint
public hearing before the County Council and the Planning Board.
