TDRs to save rural land & prevent more sprawl - Hearing on Tues.

CB-80-2008 will be heard Tuesday, November 18th at 10:00AM at the
County Council's hearing room at the County Administration Building
(CAB) (301) 952-3600. It seeks to save rural land and prevent more
suburban sprawl. TDRs (Transfer Development Rights) are used in
several other counties successfully
