Pacifica Board Meets in Berkeley June 21-23  Progressive Portal

INTERIM PACIFICA NATIONAL BOARD MEETING
    
Thanks to the efforts of the listening community over the past three
years, the interim Pacifica National Board will convene its next meeting
in Berkeley from June 21-23. All are encouraged to attend these
sessions, which mark the momentous return of democratic governance to
the Pacifica network after the long struggle. (The complete agenda for
the meeting is listed at the bottom of this letter.)
    
During the week leading up to the meeting of the iPNB, all are invited
to attend a conference being organized by Bay Area Pacifica activists:
    
PACIFICA NOW! A CONFERENCE & FESTIVAL:
To engage a long-term discussion of the key underlying
social-philosophical challenges facing the network and movement

Tue, June 18, 7:00pm: Opening Keynote & Celebration with
     Tom Ammiano, David Moore, Gerald Torres & SF Mime Troupe
    
Wed, June 19, 7:30pm: Celebration with Caroline Casey,
     Dennis Bernstein, Robert Knight, and others
    
Wed-Fri, June 19-21, 9am-5pm: All day each day, meetings,
     discussion groups, plenary sessions, etc.
