There will be a brief meeting of the Progressive Archivists for the purpose of networking at the 2008 Society of American Archivists Conference in San Francisco at the Hilton San Francisco, 333 O'Farrell Street. Please note: the time has changed from the printed SAA 2008 Program to Thursday, August 28, 2008 12:00-12:30 pm. We will meet in Union Square 5-6.
At 12:30PM, the meeting will adjourn and attendees are encouraged to attend the Global Issues Forum: Archival Ethics & Social Justice Forum - 12:30 PM-1:45 PM. This forum will meet in Grand A.
