Dear Sir/Madam
My Name is Kate Law and I am a PhD Student at the University of
Sheffield. My research is exploring the position of white
Rhodesian/Zimbabwean women from the period 1953-1990.
I'm looking to interview white women who lived in Rhodesia (you might
still live in Zimbabwe) during this period. I'm specifically looking to
talk to women about the RF's decision to declare UDI in 1965 and the
ensuing civil war.
I'd encourage anyone at all (whatever their political views) to please
get in touch with me. As I'm based in the UK, any non UK based
interviews would be conducted over email.
