Thanks. I think this is a waste of time. If it wasn't separately payable
before, why would it be now just because the code changed? I can't find
anything saying otherwise. I think our client just happened across 96374
and decided we weren't capturing all the charges.

We use the 96374 with a transthoriacic echo stress (93306) if they do a
"Bubble Study" with it. Physician needs to document that fact and why
it is needed with results.

Anyone who does Stress Tests:
We have a client that says we can now code 96374 with the
stress tests. Unfortunately our coders didn't attend any seminars for
2009 updates so we can't make an informed response to our client. The IV
push has always been included before but with this new code can we
charge for it separately? TIA. Wanda
