The track workouts begin and end with the daylight savings time changes.
The fall time change is this Sunday (Nov 2), so tomorrow night will be
the last track workout until the spring.
Last year during the winter months we met at the Running Hub on Tuesday
nights and did interval workouts on the streets around the store. We
will probably do the same thing this year. For those interested, I'll
send an email when we have a plan together.
Track workout for Tuesday, October 28th at the Santa Fe High School
Track.
Warm up 5:45PM
Workout starts at 6:00PM
