Tuesday Night Speed Workouts from the Running Hub. Start at 6:00pm.
For those wanting to continue speed work through the winter months, John
Lumley (owner of the Running Hub) will be leading a Tuesday night speed
workout through the streets around the store.
The workout will consist of a 1 mile (approx) warmup, then several
intervals of hard running, then a recovery period. We'll do this
several times to create a workout similar to the track workouts.
Finally, we'll warmdown with approx a 1 mile jog back to the Running
Hub.
I hope everyone will try and make it. The more people that show up, the
more fun we'll have.
