Hiroyuki Abe and Megumi Fujii seminar - 13th Nov
Team Fulinkazan are proud to present Hiroyuki Abe and Megumi Fujii
seminar. This will be there first seminar in the UK!!!
Hiroyuki Abe is a Pride Bushido, KOTC, Shooto, MFC, K1 veteran and
former team mate of Caol Uno. A highly regarded member of the Japanese
MMA community, his club AACC is often visited by established MMA
fighters such as Genki Sudo and Josh Barnet to name a few.
Megumi Fujii is arguably the best female fighter in the world, she is
the poster girl for the Smack Girl organisation with a perfect MMA
record, and she has notable wins over Yumi Matsumoto and the amazing
Erica Montoya. After placing 3rd in ADCC this year she received her
Brown Belt and is a major driving force for women’s MMA in Japan.
The Seminar will be on the 13th November 2005 in Bradford, for more

UK MMA Trials 10th December
The Judgment Ground round two is set to take place on Saturday 10th
December, and after the success of the first event and the fun day had
by all this event should be even better. We have decided to use Keddles
Gym for our trials events and this venue is a refurbished building with
excellent facilities for fighters and spectators/friends. This venue is
based in Orpington which will make it more accessible by people who live
in London that wish to participate. This is the exact place for fighters
to test themselves in a competitive form but not wanting to be able to
head strike which makes the event very fast paced and technical.
All competitors are required to wear gloves, shin pads, groin guard and
gum shield to maximise the safety aspect of competition. You can now
apply and pay your entry online or send in the application form and
payment by snail mail. An application form is available if you email me:
le-@southernshoot.co.uk The entry fee will be £20 per fighter who does
not have a current valid ITKBA Mixed martial arts Insurance licence, and
£15 for those who do have a valid ITKBA insurance. Weighin is at 3pm and
fights start at 4pm.

1st Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Team Competition (3rd Dec)
Professor Nelson Solari is holding a team BJJ competition with prize
money in Brixton, London on Saturday 3rd December.
This will be a different event to the normal BJJ comps due to the team
element and should be an exciting change. These types of events are very
popular in Brazil right now.

FX3 Battle Of Britain DVD Trailer
Firstly I apologise that the FX3 website has not been updated since the
Battle Of Britain Event last Saturday. I have unfortunately been in
Hospital having an operation and have not been able to work on it.
However I should be back in the office next week so I will get the
website updated ASAP and have all the photos etc on there.
Boom Boom Productions have nearly completed the DVD and it is looking
great. On the original FX3 DVd we only had 2 camera's however we used 3
for this event and it has definitely paid off. The commentary sounds
great and the interviews and weigh ins are a great little extra.
The DVD will be on sale via our website in the next week or two where
you can also still purchase the original FX3 "X"Plosion DVD as well.
Here is a brief clip of the DVD - It has some great action including
Jose's Back Flip off the top rope, Sami's slam with Leigh on his back
and Daleys GnP.
